Saudi Arabia Welcomes Hajj Pilgrims Smoothly

 

The government is working hard to welcome its guests—Hajj pilgrims from all over the world. According to a report by the Saudi Arabia Press Agency (SPA) on Sunday. 2nd June 2024, 935,966 pilgrims have arrived in the Kingdom by air, sea. And land for this year’s Hajj season.

Facilitating Easy Entry

These figures demonstrate the extensive arrangements made and support extended to deal with crowds coming into the Kingdom from across the world.

Multi-Language Translation Devices

The ministry said any person found without his/her Nusuk card would be liable for a fine amounting to up to ten thousand Saudi Riyals, stressing how important it is, especially when performing certain hajj rites, which may become difficult or even impossible without it.

MOHA reiterated its stand regarding the significance attached to the possession of these cards by saying, “Musik card should never leave your hands because everything you need during hajj can be accessed through it”. This was necessitated after realizing that some people do not take good care of their nusuk cards, thereby creating unnecessary problems during pilgrimage.

Introduction Of Nusuk Hajj Card

It should also be noted that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah introduced a new card known as the NUSUK HAJJ CARD, which will streamline operations during this year’s pilgrimage season. This card will make it easier for people to undertake religious activities legally while reducing the number of illegalities witnessed over the years. The move represents one more step towards modernizing the haj process, thus ensuring better management for all involved parties.
