Sheila Jackson Lee, Pakistan Caucus Chair, Dies

 

Texas: US Congress Pakistan Caucus Chairperson Passes Away at 74. In a sad statement, it was confirmed that Sheila Jackson Lee, the United States Congresswoman from Texas and Chair of the Pakistan Caucus has died at age 74.

Ever since 1995, Sheila Jackson Lee has been an extremely committed public servant of Texas’ 18th Congressional District. She fought tooth and nail for fairness in every single piece of legislation that bore her name while serving in Congress – regardless if it affected people based on their skin color or bank account balance. As head of the Pakistan Caucus, one can only imagine how much work went into establishing better relations between America and other countries around Afghanistan regions; not just within Washington DC but worldwide too considering she was also known for being vocal about international matters there being good reasons behind it!

The woman will always remain among us through everything she did to try to improve the lives of others especially. Those less fortunate like women children or even underprivileged communities generally – thus making humanity better than. It was before according to these words spoken about someone.
