Interim Bail Confirmed for 7 Accused

 

Lahore (staff reporter) – In a significant development in the Jinnah House attack case, an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has granted bail to seven accused persons. The ATC had taken up the matter for hearing of interim bail petitions filed by seven PTI workers.

Court Proceedings Bail

Presided over by Judge Khalid Arshad of the Anti-Terrorism Court, after listening to the arguments from both sides, the court confirmed the bail of the accused while each one had to furnish a surety bond of Rs300,000.

The names of the accused whose bails have been granted are as follows:

  1. Talha Mustafa
  2. Mirza Tahir Baig
  3. Muhammad Abid
  4. Azhar Abbas
  5. Umair Khan
  6. Zubair Gulzar
  7.  Junaid Ali,

These individuals were involved in attacking Jinnah’s house, and the case was registered against them at Sarwar Road police station.
