Chief Justice Faiz Isa Donates Land on Independence Day

 

The Qazi family has given away 31,680 square feet of land to the Government of Balochistan. A formal letter was sent by Chief Justice Faiz Isa and Qazi Azmat Isa to communicate the decision to donate this piece of land. In that letter, they said they are willing to give it as a gift for Nationhood Day, which falls on August 14th, 2024.” “Pakistan is completing 77 years since its birth; if you would like us to, then we want this present to be handed over onto people’s hands on any one of our lucky days,” reads an excerpt from their note addressed to relevant authorities such as President, Prime Minister, Govt Of Baluchistan and CM Baluchistan.

Purpose Behind Donating The Land

According to them, the purpose behind giving this land is to use it for public good, especially an environmental center. The same letter mentioned above also states that “the donated land shall be used for establishing an environmental center. Which will serve community needs while promoting conservation efforts.” This initiative will benefit communities around them environmentally through sensitization about various ecological issues affecting different areas within society. Hence fostering sustainable practices among nearby people.

Official Correspondence & Handover

A copy of this donation letter has been sent out widely – including but not limited to The President Of Pakistan, Arif Alvi Sb TI (M) / Prime Minister Imran Khan / Governor Punjab Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar / Chief Secretary Punjab, Ms Irum Bukhari -to ensure all concerned parties are informed fully well.

The official handover ceremony is set to take place August 14th. When it will become part of Pakistan’s history at Quaid-e-Azam Residency Ziarat, Baluchistan.

On top of that, they have sent multiple letters notifying different officials. Including the president of Pakistan, Mr. Arif Alvi Sb TI(M)/ Prime Minister Imran Khan/ Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar/ Chief Secretary Punjab, Ms. Irum Bukhari, and so forth, as to what they have done to take necessary steps or actions against this generous act towards the nation-building process within the country’s borders.

This land will be officially handed over to the government on August 14, August 14ths, a significant day for Pakistan. The Qazi family has always been known to serve national interests and community development; hence. Their decision to donate their parcel of land adjacent to the Quaid residency Ziarat historic site bears testimony to this.

This selfless act demonstrates his love for Pakistan and understanding of sustainable development principles. He strongly believes that every citizen should play a role in protecting the environment by establishing such facilities within our respective communities.
