The tribute was held at Alhamra in Lahore to honor one of the greatest Qawwali singers, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. The grand and formal ceremony was organized by Alhamra Arts Council in collaboration with CJFP and aimed to celebrate the great artist’s rich musical legacy. Which still touches hearts worldwide.
Sher Miandad, Dildar Multani, Megha, and other famous singers of Pakistan performed on this occasion. They sang their heart out to the most loved songs of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, which mesmerized the audience and received an overwhelming response. Sher Miandad Qawwal, an internationally recognized personality, took everybody’s attention with his soulful voice, which reminded people all over again what it felt like listening to those beautiful words sung by none other than Nusrat Sahab himself during times when even walls could not stop themselves from crying.
