Suspect in Trump Assassination Plot Searched Mexico Travel

 

Recently, an individual by the name of Ryan Wesley Routh was arrested by the FBI in steps. To have him answer criminal allegations of attempting to assassinate Donald Trump. This arrest came after a rather problematic and interesting inquiry into the suspect’s actions.

Trump: Evidence Found in Routh’s Vehicle

A search of Routh’s vehicle yielded a set of plans detailing the dates and location of Trump’s appearances as well as Trump’s planned future appearances. A Handwritten Letter of Confession

In a report released by the FBI, it was revealed that Routh had previously written a letter that was titled “Dear World” with a confession to the attempted murder of Trump, which Routh had also said in this letter. “There was in fact, an attempt on Donald Trump’s life, this is the very reason why I had this assassination. Forgive me, I did not succeed,” the letter read in parts.

Charges Against Ryan Routh

On one occasion, Routh was brought before a federal courthouse during a pretrial conference. The prosecution applied for Routh to be detained without bond. He has pleaded not guilty to three general federal firearm counts, and the prosecution intends to charge him on a count of assassination of a public official. In some jurisdictions, life imprisonment is the mandatory sentencing for this crime upon conviction.

Incident at Trump International Golf Club

According to reports, the attempt to assassinate Trump was reported on the 15th of September at the Trump International Golf Club located in West Palm Beach. No shots aimed at Trump were discharged except for those fired at Routh by secret service agents seeking to neutralize him as he fled the place. A rifle, gloves, and other paraphernalia were discovered lying around the golf course.

Arrest and Additional Evidence

Routh’s capture took place 50 miles away because one eyewitness alerted the authorities on the type of vehicle Routh was using. While combing the individual’s SUV, the FBI had quite several dubious items, such as:

  • An AK 47-type rifle with a scope and defaced serial number
  • Six cellular phones
  • Non-existent vehicle number plates

Further investigation showed that Routh had been in West Palm Beach for eight months. Routh’s location information indicated that during the days preceding the incident. He had bent in and out of cell towers close to Jeff Trump’s golf course and the Mar-A-Lago estate.

Criminal Records and Offenses Committed Previously

Routh holds a criminal record that includes being arrested for a felony firearms charge in the year 2002.
