The Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army said that security forces in an operation in the Tank district killed four foreign terrorists. This operation also demonstrates its commitment to eliminating terrorism from the country.
Operation Plan and Execution Method
Based on reliable intelligence reports about the presence of terrorists, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) disclosed that the operation was initiated. The security forces swung into action and cordoned off the area in District Tank, which resulted in a fierce encounter with terrorists. Weapons & Ammunition Recovery
Search conducted post-operation led to the recovery of arms and ammunition dumped by these terrorists, which were huge in quantity. The recovered cache includes automatic rifles, grenades, and explosive devices, indicating their intentions for large-scale attacks aimed at causing maximum human casualties, thus posing a severe threat to national security. Such weapons would have been used for carrying out massive acts of terrorism, but thanks to timely intervention by security agencies, such tragic incidents have been averted.
Involvement in Major Terrorist Activities
