Rakul Preet Singh Suffers Major Injury During Gym Workout

The Bollywood industry seems to revel in controversies, and Rakul Preet Singh has fueled the fire.  This social media star and fitness freak has been injured while working out at the gym.  As deserving attention, the 5-foot-90 actress suffered an unexpected back injury while attempting to work on her deadlifts with the weights of the deceased.

Rakul was practicing with 80 kg of weight in the deadlift and had somehow distorted her lower back.  Rakul Preet Singh, while shooting for her new film, De De Pyaar De 2, sustained injuries while participating in a typical dead weight exercise.  She has been left sore by a wretched occurrence,, and still,, her doctors prescribe her to be bedridden.

Doctors said she has a back injury, and therefore, complete bed rest will help her recover quickly.  Although in pain, Rakul worked for De De Pyaar De 2 and Ajay Devgn for two days as professional pressure was there.  This has impressed many of her fans who have seen her work ethic; however, concerns have been raised about her health.

De De Pyaar De 2, the latest movie by Rakul Preet Singh, is a sequel to the film released in 2019, De De Pyaar De, which did quite well in the cinemas.  Considering the reports, the actress has had to combine fitness goals and filming schedules, as she continued working even while in pain after her injury.  The timeline for shooting was short, and Rakul focused on getting her portions done within the set period.

When she reached the medical facility, a muscle relaxant was injected into the patient’s affected area, which was a fair course of action.  Medical practitioners advise the film actress to go on complete bed rest to prevent further troubles.  Of course, her focus should shift towards health, so all work obligations take a back seat.

The healing process

The injured reserve is going through a painful recuperating phase but is on the road to slowly getting back to normal.  Thankfully, the actress shared that she is taking the time to heal. She resumes training and other performances, as the doctors advised.  Many of her fans expressed well wishes through her social media accounts.
