Parvaiz Khattak, the former Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has stated that if he is summoned to testify in Imran Khan’s case, he will speak nothing but the truth. Emphasizing that he is ready to talk about all that he saw and experienced while in office, Khattak also pointed out that a person like Ali Amin, who was serving as an MP and a Cabinet Member then, must testify. Khattak stressed his commitment to the truth and justice when he insisted that no one has ever been able to stop him from reaching his goals within his province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Parvaiz Khattak would say Ali Amin keeps bragging; only God stops him from fearing anyone else. Disclosing notices by NAB (National Accountability Bureau), which he faced himself legally, he believes in obeying the law and has always followed lawful proceedings without any timidity or reserve. Furthermore, Khattak highlighted how transparently functional his government was, implying that people could see transparency and efficiency in governance.
In retrospect, Khattak noted that he independently formed it in 2013. I had established a government and finally served the Nowshera people and those of KPK with diligence. He accentuated service politics alone for his constituents only. The province’s welfare was another reason why he joined politics in the first place. He made the remarks during an exclusive conversation with our correspondent Syed Nadeem Mishwani, during which Khattak opened up about what was on his mind.
Former Nazim Akhtar Ali’s nephew’s wedding reception also attended Parvaiz Khattak apart from several other activities held in Pabbi. His continued presence at these events illustrates his ongoing relationship with people and determination to remain actively involved in community matters. When asked about the government’s Operation Azm-e-Istahkam, Khattak responded that peace should be established in the country, specifically in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Given the importance of maintaining stability and security in the region. He noted that not only are there some previous operations. But such operations are also essential.
He supports the All Parties Conference (APC) as a correct and timely move. Such an initiative enhances dialogue and cooperation among various political parties, contributing to further development. He said he would talk about the federal and provincial governments a year later, implying that even now. I need to see how they perform before I can make any statement.
Khattak’s remarks underscore his commitment to justice, transparency, and service. He has consistently expressed his dedication to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. And has never shied away from confronting those challenges head-on. His willingness to testify in Imran Khan’s case and his call for others like Ali Amin to do the same mirror his strong belief in responsibility. And integrity in governance, instilling self-assurance in the political device.
