Multan: A truck was hit by a passenger van in Chowk Sarwar Shaheed, Muzaffargarh, bringing about the passing of 11 family members who were traveling together.

The tragic accident took place near Mohammad Wala on M.M. Road in Muzaffargarh district, according to sources. During this crash, a passenger van collided with a truck, killing eleven people and critically injuring over fifteen others.

The rescue workers from Rescue 1122 reached the spot after the incident and shifted bodies along with the injured to THQ Hospital Chowk Sarwar Shaheed. The dead included five men, three women, two boys, and one girl among them.
Police Statement
The police reported that the individuals traveling in the passenger van were from Basti Laar in Multan and belonged to the same family. They were on their way from Multan to Bhakkar to visit relatives when the accident occurred.
