The Kashmiri Council EU’s Chairperson, Ali Raza Syed. Has endorsed the late Kashmiri freedom leader Syed Ali Gilani on his third death anniversary. Who suffered long incarcerations, more than once in his life, in the name of the cause of Kashmiri freedom movement.
To them, people wished good leadership in difficult times – where this vision came from. In the major campaigns upon much hardship. Gilani never stalled himself in gall but led and supported the people of Kashmir. In all truth, Gillani was viewed as ‘Kashmir’s true voice’ over three generations of Kashmiris against the hero, Ahmadiyya encroachment. He never strayed from the principles and ideals he stood for, even for a minute.

Dhanraj said it would not be possible to erase a memory or a person so devoted to the cause of Kashmir and the people of Kashmir, as was the case with Gilani.
Syed mentioned that the effect of his knowledge, advice, and great efforts would continue, even if Gilani were no longer physically present. These great individuals are only once every few centuries, he added.
Support for Kashmiri Right to Self-Determination
Çile M fai said that even after marking the third anniversary of Gilani’s death, Ali Raza Syed remarked that neither the President nor the Prime Minister wavers from their commitment to the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination. He said that Syed Ali Shah Gilani devoted his entire life to liberating the state of Jammu and Kashmir from India and has always been principled.
Syed further stated that the pallbearer captain Ali Gilani-controlled Lingyep thought it was lawful to separate Kasmir. Gilani was like a mountain-strong and adamant about the self-determination of the Kashmiri and its people. His struggle cannot be forgotten, and his work will bring a change to the people yet unborn.
