Imran Khan highlighted that a judge from Sargodha reported to the Lahore High Court about the pressure exerted on him by intelligence agencies. This judge had his home gas supply cut off as a form of intimidation. He pointed out that any judge who attempts to deliver justice to PTI faces such pressure. Authorities also target and detain journalists who speak in favor of PTI.
Imran Khan Informal Media Interaction at Adiala Jail
During an informal conversation with the media at Adiala Jail, Khan mentioned the attack on Rauf Hassan. Whose face was severely injured. He accused the intelligence agencies of being involved in these attacks. Khan urged the Chief Justice to uphold the rule of law in the country, stating that there are clear interventions in the judicial process. He noted that PTI’s party office was destroyed. And expressed respect for one judge in Sargodha, six of the Islamabad High Court. And three of the Supreme Court judges.

Khan declared that Pakistan is in dire straits. And can only be saved through investment, which requires enforcing the rule of law. He pointed out that this year saw the lowest investment in 50 years, pushing the country’s future into darkness. Additionally, he mentioned the increased tax burden on salaried individuals. Addressing the topic of negotiations, he clarified that PTI is open to talks but criticized decisions made by higher authorities. He recounted that PTI engaged in negotiations with the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) at the behest of Justice Bandial. Officials declared that no elections would occur while Bandial was in office.

Imran Khan sent a strong message to his party members, urging them to end internal groupings and unite. He stressed that this was a matter of life and death for Pakistan and warned that anyone creating factions within the party would face severe consequences.
