Governor Punjab Criticizes PM’s Role in Judicial Appointments

It is unfortunate that the Governor of Punjab, Sardar Saleem Haider, during his address at Khuta University’s International Law Conference, appreciated and applauded the narrative – the recent twists and turns in the constitutional and judicial side of Pakistan that have invariably been at the center of blame. In particular, he talked about Governance, merit, and the provision of justice, including the security apparatus. Politically, control over several serious factors that infected Governance within Pakistan included the disagreements concerning the conditions of the judges excised by the oath of the Prime Minister, which was sickening to the judiciary system and, even more so, the addicted to paraphrased, beaten law enforcement officers.

POLITICAL CONTROL OVER JUDICIAL Governor Punjab APPOINTMENTS

It was stated that no prime minister is obliged to appoint an individual member of and appraise a few as a chief justice because such appointments have always had negative implications for politicians.

Concerning zones of opposition and appealing for popularity, he has held the view that politicians have attached accountability, equity, and credibility to their words.

Nevertheless, when coming into power, the latter interpretation is mostly self-serving. Governor Haider said that in this particular view of merit, the aim is to eradicate political patronage, which ultimately leads to poor governance.

Art And Political Skill For The PuGovernancehange: Governor Punjab

Most at fault, and what added to the vices of Governor Haider’s speech, is the constant rule of law that the country has always, against all odds, been trying to dance with. Such anxiety was understandably exacerbated by the historical and contemporary depth of the current system, the sewer system or the judiciary in the case of Pakistan. Thus, due to these and other reasons, most people say the so tried to the head southern diseased used to infliction bone crating and torture poor populace who can no longer afford to indulge in the lengthy and complicated dynamics of the court.

Governor Haider pointed out that civil cases often drag on for generations, with ordinary citizens rarely able to effectively pursue their rights. He mocked the common practice in police stations, where securing a political advisor is almost essential to filing an FIR.

Governor Haider’s comment looks upon feminism as it is there in every traditional society focusing on women earning practices when the majority of the world’s poor people putting its blame on feminism.

Reforming the Police System  Governor Punjab

Governor Haider highlighted the key points in the state’s police system reform, also discussed in the So Cor Legislative Act on Georgia’s mono-police system, which Juliani opposed. He admitted that these factors have resulted in officers working long hours with little rest, even during off-duty hours. Even when given extra time outside their region, officers lack proper provisions to take leave freely due to the ongoing workload.

Court Backlog and the Need for Reforms in the Judiciary

Reforming the judiciary remains one of the most enduring challenges that each of the governors, Governor Haider, referred to during the case.

Governor Haider clarified that millions of cases remain unresolved, making justice difficult for citizens to access. He emphasized that, as governor, he holds valuable insights on the decisions made by the Ombudsman’s office under the current governance.

He stressed the urgent need for better governance and advocated for reforms in the lower courts. In his view, these reforms are essential to prevent people from feeling increasingly alienated from the judicial system due to their anxiety about the courts.

In the course of the hearings, Governor Haider appeared categorically on the consideration of age seniority in appointing the governor to the court. He raised concern about a judge being unable to give due credit to whom credits are due solely on political leaning.

As he puts two and two together, history tells us that when political figures don’t respect the seniority system while selecting judges, they are the ones who will face the exp doi circumstances.

What is wanted is a Change in the Governance

He has said that it is evident that they do not have to go the management of the country’s problems. To him, there is no reason why governance and the courts are grossly inefficient in whether to appoint judges or not. His rema Governance Aimed at the ruling elite of Pakistan’s justice and law enforcement system, demanding changes that would bring justice to the society and unite the nation.

The advocates of Governor Haider’s position have expressed the People of Pakistan’s rage against political patronage and jealousy.
