Governor Kamran Tessori of Sindh took pre-emptive action by purchasing animals for Eid-ul-Adha. He ensured that he would slaughter these animals during the festival.
Governor Purchase Details And Reflections
He bought 100 camels, 10 bulls, and 100 goats in compliance with current market rates and available good quality animals. He made sure that each bull. Which was worth Rs1 million, met all requirements necessary for it to qualify as a sacrificial animal for Eid Ul Adha while also keeping this in mind when selecting goats priced at Rs40 000. Previously having acquired one hundred camels last year, where he paid three hundred thousand rupees per camel, which depicted how keenly he had planned his faith observance.
Eid Sacrificing Plans
The governor intends to sacrifice all the camels, numbering one hundred, during Eid Ul Adha celebrations in remembrance of Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to slaughter his son Ismail according to Allah’s command. He plans to distribute meat from these slaughtered animals to those most deserving in our society: the needy, orphans, widows, and others. Furthermore, another one hundred goats will be sacrificed as part of the rituals observed on this holy day, ensuring that the spirit of sacrifice is maintained and shared equally.

Governor Kamran Tessori has further demonstrated his deep love for humanity by announcing a strategy to distribute rations during festive seasons like Eid, ensuring that no one goes hungry while others are celebrating.
