Fazlur Rehman PTI to Dissolve KP Assembly for Elections

 

Islamabad: Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the head of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI), has claimed that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is ready to dissolve the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly for fresh elections. This announcement is a significant development in Pakistan’s evolving political dynamics especially with regards to JUI and PTI relationship.

In a media talk, Maulana Fazlur Rehman described the present political situation, saying that there are basic differences with other political parties. He admitted past tensions with PTI but stressed upon united approach in the future.
