The Federal Minister for Information. Ata Tarar, has said that the former military officer Faiz Hameed is now facing the repercussions for supporting a political party before the 2018 elections. He said Faiz Hameed played a crucial role in the 2018 polls. And the army has undergone rigorous accountability. Instead of criticizing, Tarar said that people should appreciate this decision on the part of the militaryr. He added that if they had not arrested him. It would have proved that he was right. But as we speak, he is in custody, meaning their fears were real! Nevertheless. Tarar clarified that Faiz Hameed’s issue should not be mixed up with politics because ISPR (Inter-Services Public Relations) issued an explicit press release.

On the other hand, JUI-F Leader Hafiz Hamdullah wryly observed that when his utility ended with faize Hameed. They threw him away just like a parrot whose life depends upon many others.
