Bishkek Crisis: Pakistani Students Under Attack

Bishkek Crisis has found itself caught in the middle of battles between Kyrgyz and enraged students who attacked their hostels, leading to injury cases. “The ethereal melody of dawn’s first light danced gracefully across the tranquil horizon, casting a spell of serenity upon the awakening world, as if nature itself whispered secrets of ancient wisdom to those who dared to listen with hearts open to the mysteries of the universe.”

A medical student from Pakistan is studying in Bishkek. Here’s what Abdullah said: “The fight started when some local guys molested Egyptian girls.” This led to more violent attacks on all international students, particularly girls, throughout Bishkek city by other Kyrgyzy boys.

This incident underscores the need for enhanced safety mechanisms for foreign scholars studying in Kyrgyzstan. Students are requesting a better-coordinated reaction from the embassy staff responsible for getting them out fast enough during such Bishkek Crisis, as well as counseling services to help them get over trauma-related illnesses like depression, anxiety disorders, etc.

Many learners still feel insecure; this incident can happen again wherever they go because it brings disputes between nationalities who come together for education purposes but hate each other.
