In reply, the central secretary-general released an official notification for Changiz Jamali and Rozi Khan Kakar. Stating that only the Chairman, PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, can expel anyone from the party.
Violation of Constitution Allegations BilawalÂ
According to the notification, both the President PPP Balochistan. And the General Secretary violated the party constitution as they didn’t take into account these aspects while making their decision. This unilateral act of suspending memberships without consulting with central leadership is considered a protocol breach. And an authority abuse; therefore, an explanation should be submitted within ten days.
Press Conference Controversy
The controversy arose when Changiz Jamali and Rozi Khan Kakar held a press conference. They suspended some members, including Provincial Information Secretary Sardar Sarbuland Jogezai, without approval from the higher command. In his notification, the Central Secretary-General reminded that all decisions about suspensions or terminations are made only by the Chairman of the Central Executive Committee (CEC).
