Alia Bhatt’s “Jigra” is cleared for release without cuts

One of the best fights will be unfolded in Bollywood as 2 movies termed “Jigra” and “Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video” will hit the theatres on October 11 (tomorrow). Both films have been appreciated and have made promises of a lot of viewership. There is a sense of anticipation among the fans concerning the release of such films and the kind of stories and performances that will be exploited in them.

Censor Board Approvals

Both the films have obtained the statutory mandarins but with some alterations. The censor board is another organ that provides regulation requirements on the film being made and more recommendations on what goes into the film.

“Jigra” – A Promising Drama

“Jigra” an India Kannada romantic political drama film directed by Veding Raina stars Alia Bhatt in the lead role and it was in the possession of the censor board before October 3rd 22. This film is a drama revolving around the idea of love and conflict, friendship, and finding oneself. It has a few gory and terrorizing scenes, but none was cut in any scenes or shots by the censor board. Its action emphasized the artistic value of the motion picture while dealing with relevant matters.

Interestingly, the censor board said that two scenes should have an anti-drug message related to substance use. This is indicative of the increasing progressiveness of the film industry toward pressing social issues and the obligation that filmmakers have to tackle such issues. “Jigra” has a capacity of 155 minutes runtime which is 2 hours and 35 minutes in terms of audience engagement supported by the film and the story.

“Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.” – A Unique Narrative

In another vein, “Woh Wala Video of Vicky Vidya” featuring Rajkummar Rao, Tripti Dimri, and Mallika Sherawat is a different style of storytelling. This video is based on the plot of a private video which provides a chain of events that provides both comedy and drama. You would suppose a film like this, having a sensitive plot would require visual cuts. Interestingly yes, the censor board was glad to hear that no cuts were necessary visually. This shows a more mature state of the industry when it comes to such topics. People are beginning to trust filmmakers to tackle topics of this nature with the seriousness that they deserve.

Dialogues have been toned down in a way that ensures they still meet the cultural values and the standards of the populations within which the film is produced and distributed. The approximate time of the film is 158 minutes and five seconds. This film received its U-A certification on October 7th. With a different approach to humor. And a genealogist cast, “Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video” is indeed ready to snickle.

Desire Gets Heightened

Inevitably the closer the date for the release of any particular movie gets the better. The way the fans become anxious increases. Territorial waters of social media, in the absence of water tanks, are full of talks, and trailers. And fan theories language concerning these two films. Given the films’ renowned and established stars, Alia Bhatt and Rajkummar Rao much is expected of the films. They are giddy about the conclusion of the film’s performance at the box office. And whether or not it shall be commensurate with the buzz that considerably preceded the release.

The battle of “Jigra” and “Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video” marks a watershed movement in Bollywood history.
