In one of his addresses, Pastor Ahmed Al-Khateeb mentioned that Muscat filled in as the area of the 50th United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) meeting for the Center East. He discussed how far they have come as a country in fostering their travel industry in recent years.
